The Opportunity

The Director of HR Business Partnering at Endeavor is tasked with designing and implementing exceptional people strategies and services tailored for various segments within our Global Sales division, including the Global Solution Engineer and Specialty Sales teams, as well as the Americas Enterprise Sales organization.

In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner and advisor to the leadership of your designated client groups, all of whom report directly to the Executive Team in the Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership. Your contributions will be essential in aligning business objectives with Endeavor's human capital strategy, ultimately enhancing the performance of the Sales organization. Additionally, you will play a significant role in the development and execution of HR initiatives across the broader Go-To-Market organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership
    • Collaborate with leaders who hold both direct and indirect responsibility for driving Endeavor's revenue growth and brand presence across various sectors. Empower them to anticipate future needs, formulate and execute people strategies, and refine their decision-making processes to meet Endeavor's growth objectives through a well-defined talent strategy.
    • Utilize your business acumen to work alongside colleagues in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, and People Services to enhance the delivery of HR processes, talent management initiatives, recruitment strategies, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, cultural initiatives, and employee relations.
    • Simplify complex issues to foster clarity and efficiency in service delivery across various HR functions, ensuring a unified approach.
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers on all HR-related matters, offering guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Organizational Design and Workforce Planning
    • Manage relationships with Finance and Sales Strategy & Operations partners to drive organizational design, structure, compensation, attrition forecasting, and other factors, incorporating industry best practices within the operational unit.
    • Leverage your analytical skills with People and Financial data to derive insights and recommendations that positively influence business outcomes.
  • Leadership of Initiatives and Change Management
    • Lead and support the design, development, and implementation of organizational, talent, engagement, and change initiatives driven by both Sales and HR functions.
    • Facilitate or lead operational rhythms with key stakeholders, ensuring coordination and execution with speed and quality.
    • Define and drive key activities that prepare leaders to navigate change, equip managers to support transitions, and enable employees to comprehend changes.
  • Strategic Program Management
    • Lead and manage talent and culture initiatives aligned with organizational change agendas, scalable performance management, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, career development, and leadership engagement, providing innovative solutions to human capital challenges.
  • HR Function Collaboration and Alignment
    • Establish and maintain operational and tactical rigor to ensure successful execution of all People and Business activities aligned with your responsibilities.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, operational leaders, and HR Centers of Excellence to foster a cohesive approach to meeting business requirements for your client groups.
  • Exemplifying Adaptability and Resilience
    • Thrive in a rapidly scaling startup environment, identifying unaddressed needs and creatively fulfilling them. This may involve pivoting from ongoing projects to focus on more impactful priorities and continuously improving operational processes.
    • Maintain a comprehensive view of business drivers while also engaging in the detailed operational execution of both business and HR programs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced studies in a related field or a proven track record of success in both large corporate environments and startup settings is highly desirable.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience supporting Sales leaders at the VP/SVP level.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful results.
  • Proven ability to establish and nurture trust-based relationships with operational partners to ensure well-aligned support for your client groups.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting global teams across multiple HR functional areas, including leadership coaching and development, employee relations, organizational development, talent strategy, compensation, performance management, and program management.
