Position Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst will engage with business leaders and technical teams to facilitate the effective deployment of IT solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve project objectives, including assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify existing processes, uncover system deficiencies, and develop comprehensive workflow assessments.
  • Perform data analysis, integration, and consumption to support decision-making.
  • Establish high standards and expectations to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Communicate relevant project updates to key stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution and a minimum of two years of recent experience as a business analyst, demonstrating increasing responsibility.
  • Proven track record in analyzing, standardizing, and enhancing processes through innovative business solutions.
  • Experience in Healthcare IT.
  • Familiarity with IT project methodologies, particularly Agile.
  • Proficient in data analysis and database querying (SQL).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with management, business units, and technical personnel.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite, including VISIO and Axure RP.
