We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. This diverse role encompasses front desk responsibilities, administrative support, and active participation in tasks such as booklet printing, logistics for shipping, and planning for trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service and appropriately directing questions.
  • Manage the office's printing requirements, ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the shipping and handling processes, collaborating with various departments and external partners.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade show events, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up activities.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory of office supplies, and managing correspondence.
  • Work collaboratively with different teams to facilitate seamless office operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure during busy periods.
  • Experience in trade show coordination is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds using a cart.
