Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Technology, Innovation, & Sustainability Officer. This pivotal role requires a commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication across a global leadership team.
  • Prepare and organize meetings, particularly for the leadership team, ensuring all necessary documents are ready and logistics are managed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for executives.
  • Plan and execute events, workshops, and meetings, both locally and internationally.
  • Manage purchasing requests, vendor management, and invoice processing.
  • Assist with project management and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for our headquarters.
  • Act as a backup for other Executive Assistants during absences.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with SharePoint, SAP, and Concur is advantageous.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate initiative.

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $62,000 - $80,000, with variations based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.

This role includes eligibility for a short-term incentive bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
