Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the Neuroscience Service Line, aligning with Atlantic Health System's overall goals and objectives.
  • Operational Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the Neuroscience Service Line team, ensuring effective management of resources, budgeting, and performance metrics.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives, enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of progressive senior management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with a mature service line.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive change and improve performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
