Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for the education and promotion of Neurocrine's products and associated disease states to designated corporate accounts, which encompass organized customers such as integrated healthcare delivery networks, behavioral health systems, and telehealth organizations.

You will align with corporate account priorities to facilitate behavioral changes related to screening, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment through systems and processes identified by organized customer leaders.

Your ability to build and nurture strong relationships will be essential, as this role requires a long-term sales commitment. You will be accountable for achieving revenue targets and other key business objectives.

Your Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Achieve assigned business goals, including revenue targets and other key objectives for designated corporate accounts.
- Engage in strategic account planning and execute initiatives to identify, build, and expand relationships within assigned corporate accounts.
- Drive the growth and development of assigned corporate accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and promoting appropriate diagnosis and product utilization.
- Develop comprehensive business plans and initiatives (e.g., product and/or disease state) for assigned corporate accounts.
- Identify key decision-makers and create opportunities for engagement with Neurocrine.
- Prepare compelling customer analysis presentations utilizing market intelligence in collaboration with various internal departments such as HEOR, Market Access, Field Medical, Public & State Policy, Advocacy, Marketing, and Sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related Scientific Field, with 8+ years of sales experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry, preferably as a corporate account manager.

- Proven experience leading account teams and managing initiatives within organized customers such as IDNs, Academic Hospital Centers, Community Hospitals, government agencies, or similar B2B environments.

- A successful track record of establishing and nurturing strong, long-term customer relationships or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.

- Demonstrated relationship management skills and a solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks for promotion, pharma industry guidelines, and compliance issues.

- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with organized customers, including integrated delivery networks (IDNs), Academic Hospitals, Community Hospitals, Behavioral Health Systems, and corrections facilities.

- Creative aptitude for developing business plans and presenting innovative solutions to customers.

- Proven ability to prospect, identify, and influence corporate C & D suite leaders and top clinical decision-makers.

- Comprehensive understanding of the interdependencies within an account, considering customer processes, treatment goals, and needs to maximize account performance by aligning appropriate solutions, messaging, and stakeholders.

- Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-driven mindset.

- Anticipates business and industry challenges; recommends relevant process, technical, or service improvements.

- Demonstrates broad expertise or unique knowledge and is recognized as an expert within the company, potentially having an external presence in their area of expertise.

- Applies in-depth expertise in their discipline and broad knowledge of related areas to enhance the efficiency of the account team.

- Ability to work collaboratively and lead multiple teams.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, typically leading lower levels and/or indirect teams.

- Excellent computer skills and communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities.

- Ability to see the broader picture and understand the long-term impact on the division/company.

- Capable of meeting multiple deadlines across various projects/programs with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, requiring strong time management skills.

- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
