  • Preparing weekly sales reports and monthly expense summaries.
  • Seeking group business opportunities from Travel Advisors.
  • Meeting established performance standards for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Performing additional duties as required; this job description is not exhaustive.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the travel industry in a comparable role.
  • An established client base of Travel Advisors in the region.
  • Regular travel to physical Travel Agencies, North American sales conferences, events, familiarization trips, and the Barcelona headquarters.
  • Typical work months include 10 days of field sales, with remaining days focused on virtual sales meetings and administrative tasks.
  • Occasional weekend travel for trade shows may be necessary.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
  • Open to hands-on coaching and willing to take calculated risks while learning from mistakes.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package aligned with job responsibilities and experience.
  • Discounted travel packages.
  • English/Spanish language lessons and bi-annual company events.
  • Referral bonuses for bringing in talented individuals.
  • Becoming part of a motivated and diverse team in a rapidly growing organization.
