Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in shaping and executing business and marketing strategies for our facility. The individual will craft strategic marketing initiatives aimed at fulfilling the facility's goals and will oversee the marketing department's budgetary allocations.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical / Technical Expertise (40% of performance evaluation)
- Formulate and execute detailed marketing strategies and programs to meet both long-term and short-term objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial, technological, and demographic trends to leverage market opportunities.
- Supervise the advertising and promotion of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy for the facility.
- Create marketing plans for designated programs, incorporating market analysis and financial feasibility assessments.
- Collaborate with various departments to support new business and marketing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate the success of new and existing marketing initiatives.
- Represent the facility in interactions with business leaders, healthcare professionals, the community, and media outlets.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills both within the organization and externally.
- Communicate effectively with the CEO, Board of Directors, and marketing personnel.
- Act as a liaison between external promotional agencies, the CEO, and the Board of Directors.
- Consult with other departments as necessary to align marketing and business strategies.

- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Ongoing education and professional development appropriate for the role.

Experience:
Required:
- Minimum of three years in the healthcare or medical sector.

Preferred:
- Previous marketing experience in a behavioral health context. Educational qualifications may be substituted for experience.
