Role Overview
As the Head of Strategic Partnerships – Integrated Solutions, your primary goal will be to enhance revenue and profitability by broadening the scope of GoodRx's Integrated Solutions.

You will collaborate with industry consultants, brokers, and plan sponsors to provide education and insights about our programs. Your interactions will encompass direct engagements, as well as virtual and in-person presentations at industry events.

This position will report to the Vice President and will require cross-functional collaboration with leaders across various departments to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to both internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate market messaging.
- Provide consultancy to the business unit regarding critical elements of growth strategy, operational efficiency, vision, marketing initiatives, and sales execution, integrating feedback from stakeholders.
- Lead business development initiatives to uncover potential partnership opportunities.
- Establish a sustainable and scalable pipeline for current and future GoodRx Integrated Solutions.
- Position GoodRx as a leader in market innovation.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in pharmacy, benefits, consulting, or a related field, along with a relevant college degree.
- Previous experience with health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, digital health, or pharmacy retailers is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain subject matter expertise.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
