Job Summary

We're seeking an Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing holistic marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels. Your goal will be to drive business results and optimize vendor revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue targets for specific business segments and drive vendor revenue and category business results.
  • Manage the category account revenue pipeline to prioritize business opportunities and resources.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics partners to measure the impact of Performance Marketing solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally on the e-commerce search ecosystem, from platform and fundamentals to data, insights, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across traditional and emerging media platforms, including email, onsite and offsite display, CTV/OTV, Meta, and Pinterest.
  • Act as the key contact for annual planning and program-level strategies.
  • Forecast and secure media placements, building media recommendations and insights based on campaign performance.
  • Responsible for category-specific campaign setup and analysis, including execution, testing, delivery, QA, reporting, and analysis.
  • Author and input vendor brand campaign proposals for search marketing, digital on-site, social, programmatic off-site, or in-store marketing activities.
  • Present strategic recommendations to buyers and vendors, providing guidance on media tactics and creative inputs.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of marketing, media, or sales experience in the retail industry (preferred).
  • Strong initiative to drive business results.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts fluidly and cross-functionally.
  • Ability to understand upper and lower funnel campaign tactics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and cross-company and partner collaboration skills.
  • Ability to advise partners on best practices and areas of opportunity.
  • Resourceful in navigating a large company, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
