About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our Kellanova Grocery Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable business growth within high-volume categories and influencing customer purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and own the responsibility of driving profitable business growth within high-volume categories.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to promote partnerships and address customer needs.
  • Develop and execute customer strategies based on shopper and consumer insights to drive sales growth.
  • Manage budgets and achieve key profit and loss metrics through delivering on account-level priorities and JBP commitments.
  • Ensure accurate ordering and timely delivery of products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Top national account customer experience and head quarter penetration.
  • Consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience.
  • Advanced project and process skillset, including experience with profit and loss statements and financial analysis.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and advanced negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external customers.
