Job Summary

The Account Manager at UFP Edge, focusing on Lowe's accounts, plays a pivotal role in cultivating and growing these key relationships, optimizing E-Commerce offerings, achieving category metrics, participating in Big Box store requirements, and successfully launching new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchant Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key merchants, including regular communication, needs assessment, and issue resolution.
  • E-Commerce Optimization: Collaborate with the brand advocate to enhance E-Commerce offerings, ensuring accurate, well-presented, and effectively marketed product listings.
  • Category Management Coordination: Work closely with category management teams to drive sales growth, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance product performance.
  • Big Box Store Participation: Participate in and support Big Box store requirements, including attending meetings, addressing store-specific needs, and coordinating initiatives to drive product sales.
  • New Product Introduction: Oversee the successful launch of new products, including inventory placement, performance tracking, and adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
Qualifications
  • Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software
  • Preferred manufacturing background, but not required
  • Preferred experience and knowledge of UFP's organization, culture, and product lines
