About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at Lake Michigan Credit Union. As a key member of our insurance services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Personal Lines clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and educate clients on insurance coverages and/or exclusions, billing inquiries, and any other personal lines insurance questions.
  • Answer inbound calls through a phone queue.
  • Process policy changes/premium payments through the carrier websites and agency management systems.
  • Handle Underwriting requests in a timely manner.
  • Review and process policy renewals and remarkets.
  • Review non-renewals and/or cancellations to determine action needed to be taken.
  • Work closely with Producers and Sales team on new accounts and/or changes to existing accounts.
Requirements
  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • Must have an active or willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License.
  • Superior customer service.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and works well in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • AMS360 knowledge is a plus.
