About the OpportunityThe Account Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for building relationships and driving new business within the Grand Rapids territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Identify high-potential partners and close new partnerships in the Grand Rapids area.
- Consult with key decision makers to identify the best solution for potential partners.
- Develop expert industry and product knowledge to effectively sell our solutions.
- Aggressively manage and prospect assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
- Manage all communications in CRM (SalesForce) to ensure seamless sales processes.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Aggressive prospecting mentality and experience with lead generation, outbound cold calling, and closing deals.
- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High School Diploma, required; Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite or Google workspace, and a valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
