Job Title: Regional Account Manager

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is a leading manufacturer of fiber cement home siding and exterior design solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
  • Provide sales support and training to internal teams as needed
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of success in account management and sales growth
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
