Job Title: Regional Account Manager

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is a leading manufacturer of fiber cement home siding and exterior design solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving sales growth within a designated territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a high-touch sales environment
  • Prior track record of success in an account management role
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
