We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to spearhead our strategic initiatives and drive the organization towards achieving its goals.

The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
  • Provide clear direction and inspiration to the team.
  • Align budgetary allocations, staffing, and priorities with the organizational mission.
  • Foster a strong relationship with the Board of Directors, enhancing board engagement in strategic planning.
  • Promote the organization's role and brand in alignment with our core values.

Community Engagement
  • Oversee all forms of communication, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community members, stakeholders, and donors.
  • Act as the official spokesperson for the organization.

Resource Management
  • Lead efforts in business planning and fundraising initiatives.
  • Ensure the organization has adequate funding to meet its operational needs.

Operational Oversight
  • Recruit and mentor staff, emphasizing professional growth.
  • Guide and develop a high-performing senior management team.
  • Implement effective strategies across fiscal management, operations, and marketing.
  • Monitor the financial health of the organization and oversee budget development.
  • Regularly assess program effectiveness and communicate results to stakeholders.

Property Oversight
  • Manage the organization’s facilities and resources.
  • Develop and execute capital improvement plans, ensuring sustainability.
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and care of all properties.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management and operations.
  • Ability to provide strategic leadership with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of spirituality combined with business acumen.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead with a servant-leadership approach.
  • Experience in managing change and supporting board governance.
  • Significant experience in leadership roles within non-profit or hospitality sectors.
