The Executive Assistant will support People Driven’s CEO and Executive Management Team by managing administrative tasks, handling confidential information, and leveraging extensive experience with Windows 365 for seamless operations.

What You Would Do
  • Communication:
    • Manage and safeguard highly confidential executive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
    • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, documents, and presentations with precision.
    • Utilize Windows 365 for seamless document organization, version control, and secure storage.
    • Implement best practices for file management to ensure accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Calendar Management:
    • Efficiently organize and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring alignment with business priorities.o Prioritize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, attendance tracking, and follow-up actions.
    • Leverage Windows 365 collaboration tools for virtual meetings and document sharing.
    • Organize executive travel logistics, including booking accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.
    • Ensure travel plans align with executive preferences and business requirements.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Efficiently coordinate and manage special projects assigned by executives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, facilitate communication, and ensure seamless execution.
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Extensive expertise in Windows 365 and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-starter excited to be part of employees for a high-growth company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills, and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.
