Job Title: Client Success Manager

At ATM Universal Processors, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless onboarding process for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns
  • Conduct welcome calls to discuss software and logistics for next steps
  • Coordinate ATM maintenance activities, including scheduling service calls and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ATM supplies
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry into relevant systems and databases
  • Assist the AR department with bookkeeping needs and process client banking paperwork
  • Develop and implement a streamlined process to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency
  • Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role in a professional environment
  • Spanish bi-lingual highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Intermediate financial acumen and ability to communicate with the Accounting team
  • Comfortable working with confidential information and maintaining a high level of professionalism
