Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Occupancy Planning Project Manager to join our ASI Division. This role is designed to be flexible, offering a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the allocation of office space and building utilization across the entire ASI portfolio.
  • Develop strategic long-term plans to fulfill site and infrastructure requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate occupancy requests, implementing effective solutions to meet company needs.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Facilities, Security, and IT, to establish design criteria and prepare detailed layouts.
  • Act as a liaison among stakeholders, including customers and management, to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
  • Identify and resolve complex planning challenges by working closely with end users and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards and policies related to building usage and occupancy planning.
  • Compile and analyze data, generating reports and maintaining accurate records to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide guidance to end users and program management to ensure accuracy in occupancy planning.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures while performing assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, accompanied by extensive experience in project administration, particularly in project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of building utilization and occupancy planning, along with familiarity with architectural and engineering principles.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in utilizing database management tools, particularly Excel and FM Systems or similar software.
  • Ability to work extended hours and travel as necessary.
