As a key representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor plays a vital role in our commitment to customer satisfaction. This position involves coordinating, monitoring, and executing work activities on various projects to meet service demands and ensure a positive client experience.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute production processes as planned while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Enhance customer and client interactions, tracking satisfaction through feedback and reviews.
  • Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and supervise their daily tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation to support the services rendered.
  • Manage labor and materials effectively on assigned projects.
  • Communicate regularly with the restoration project manager and office personnel regarding project status and challenges.

Additional Duties:
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations to ensure job safety.
  • Safeguard company assets by properly utilizing equipment and materials.
  • Provide coaching and training to restoration technicians.

Position Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • IICRC certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at heights, as well as in confined spaces.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry items.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents.
