Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute production tasks as per schedule while maintaining quality standards
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction, monitored through feedback and reviews
  • Provide clear guidance to restoration teams and supervise their daily tasks
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of job files to support services rendered
  • Manage workforce and resource utilization on assigned projects
  • Communicate project updates and challenges with the restoration project manager and office personnel

Additional Duties:
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations to ensure job site safety
  • Safeguard company assets by properly utilizing equipment and materials
  • Mentor and train restoration team members

Position Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction fields
  • IICRC certification is advantageous but not mandatory

Skills and Physical Requirements
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights, as well as in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces)
  • Proficient in repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of objects
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents and chemicals
