- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and obligations during business operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications:- A bachelor's degree, master's degree, or PhD in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution, with progressive engineering experience: nine or more years with a bachelor's, seven or more with a master's, or four or more with a PhD. Equivalent engineering experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Extensive technical expertise in engineering principles, concepts, and practices, with the ability to organize, plan, and coordinate workloads to meet deadlines, including some project leadership experience.
- Quick comprehension of new concepts and the ability to apply them effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with other departments and professionals, representing the organization as a primary technical contact and providing guidance to junior staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A Professional Engineering License, published works in professional engineering journals, and invitations to present at engineering symposiums are advantageous.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
