Key Responsibilities:

Summary:
As a B2B Marketing Coordinator at ThyssenKrupp Bilstein of America, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, primarily supporting our Sales Team and direct clients, including automotive workshops and wholesale distributors. This hybrid position entails working on-site a few days a week.

Primary Duties:

  • Co-op Agreement Management: Conduct thorough evaluations of customer co-op contracts, strategically assess the effectiveness of sales campaigns, and identify those that will maximize sales and enhance brand visibility for Bilstein.
  • Ensure compliance with contract stipulations by customers.
  • Track and analyze campaign outcomes for all co-op contract deliverables.
  • Facilitate prompt processing of co-op credit reimbursements.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize SAP/SRM systems to improve the coordination of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with global sales management processes.

Customer Support:
Assist automotive wholesale distributors by:

  • Providing Point of Purchase (POP) materials, product brochures, merchandise, and social media campaign support.
  • Offering content assistance for marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to design and implement customer incentives and recognition programs.
  • Building strong relationships with key account managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

CRM System Transition:
Support the migration to a new CRM platform, Microsoft Dynamics, by:

  • Acting as a knowledgeable liaison for the sales team, addressing inquiries regarding new CRM features.

Budget Oversight:
Manage the B2B Marketing budget to ensure adherence to financial limits and assist in future budget planning.

General Marketing Support:
Contribute to various marketing efforts by:

  • Participating in social media strategy and execution, including content creation and influencer outreach.
  • Providing support for tradeshows and events as needed.
  • Assisting in the creation, review, and editing of marketing materials such as brochures and catalogs.
  • Maintaining accurate contact information in mailing lists.
  • Preparing and distributing monthly B2B email newsletters.

Project Management:
Lead cross-functional marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

Additional Responsibilities:
Promote compliance and safety, ensuring all activities align with organizational standards and policies. Undertake other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Expertise in social media strategy, analytics, and execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Hubspot or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience managing B2B marketing relationships, including co-op and contract management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Professional demeanor with the capability to present to customers and groups.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel for domestic events as required.
  • Highly organized, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
