Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Occupancy Planning Project Manager within our ASI Division. This role offers a flexible 9/80 schedule and operates in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the utilization of office spaces and buildings across the entire ASI portfolio, ensuring optimal occupancy allocations.
  • Develop and propose long-term strategies to address building infrastructure and site requirements, while reviewing and monitoring occupancy requests.
  • Contribute to project timelines and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with various support departments, including Facilities, Security, and IT, to establish design criteria and prepare detailed layout drawings.
  • Act as a liaison among customers, facilities teams, and management to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
  • Analyze planning challenges and devise solutions for complex issues, working closely with end users and project management teams.
  • Formulate and enforce compliance with established standards and policies related to building use and occupancy allocations.
  • Collect and analyze data, including key performance indicators and vacancy statistics, while maintaining comprehensive reports and databases.
  • Provide guidance to end users and corporate teams to ensure accurate occupancy management.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of thirteen years of progressively responsible experience in project administration, including at least seven years in project management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building utilization and occupancy planning, with knowledge of architectural and engineering design processes.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and workloads effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions for complex challenges.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in database management, particularly in Excel and FM Systems or similar programs.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and travel as necessary.

Compensation: Salary range is $125,810 - $229,670. Travel Requirements: As needed. Relocation Assistance: Not provided. Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship is required.
