Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of events to ensure alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain effective communication plans with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leaders, cross-functional teams, and internal and external partners.
  • Project Management: Manage the coordination of event logistics, including event selection, asset and fixture transportation, and location accommodations required to support a successful event.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create and implement planograms and floorplans within our clients' Visual Merchandising Portal (VMP) that support our event strategy and execution.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Lead post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Management: Manage and drive product prioritization to be used in visual storytelling and planogram creation that align with event theme and strategy.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and maintain the Touch Marketing Playbook outlining standard operating procedures, best practices, and templates for various event sizes and experiences.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports to senior leaders on event results and feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience preferably in events planning, visual merchandising, or project management.
  • Experience: Experience in strategic event planning aligned with organizational goals, ability to assess event success and ROI, and experience in post-event reporting and analysis.
  • Skills: Strong aesthetic, visual design, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver a compelling story with data to support position.
  • Attributes: Ability to listen well, think strategically and creatively to solve problems, gain alignment, and gain action through influence.
