Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Engineering Project Managers to be part of our Energy & Renewables Group. This role focuses on land development for large-scale wind and solar energy projects across the nation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple mid-sized projects, several smaller projects, or a single large project concurrently.
  • Utilize relevant software and Civil 3D technology to design project components.
  • Conduct calculations using engineering principles and leverage technology to resolve issues.
  • Develop specifications and materials through research and catalog utilization.
  • Finalize design details and prepare comprehensive plan sets.
  • Assist in creating engineering and construction cost estimates.
  • Engage with clients, team members, and internal design personnel effectively.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff members.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field, with professional registration (P.E.) in Texas or other relevant states.
  • Over 6 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, with proven ability to manage schedules and budgets across multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and contract acquisition.
  • Experience in marketing and supervising technical work.
  • Proficient in CADD and/or Civil 3D software, along with necessary office support applications.
