  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project deliverables and timelines.
  6. Apply business acumen to make informed decisions that drive project success.
  7. Analyze complex challenges and demonstrate a passion for problem-solving.
  8. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in reporting and analytics.
  2. Familiarity with BAC applications such as PPRT and PMMT for project oversight.
  3. Knowledge of PCM for financial management of initiatives.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or PMP certification.
  5. Understanding of systems development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  6. Technical skills in MS Access, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
  7. Desire to engage in Agile practices, including pair programming and daily stand-ups.
