- 7+ years of experience as an Agile Lead, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum software development.
- Proven experience managing software development initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Scaled-Agile methodologies.
- Extensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in project management tools, particularly JIRA.
- Experience in scripting within JIRA is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
- Experience in the Life Sciences sector is advantageous.
