**Job Description**

We are Innovation Works, Inc., a venture-backed start-up company filled with people who are passionate about our product and seek to deliver the best experience for our clients.

We are looking for a full-time Pipeline Developer to help us grow our pipeline of new customer leads within the transportation industry.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per year.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify new targets, initiate contact, and schedule demos of our product for potential new customers.
  • Create and maintain accurate records for all prospective members in our CRM (SalesForce), and attend conferences, trade shows, and in-person meetings as necessary.
  • Work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to drive impactful individual projects and collaborate on business initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated B2B and/or relationship sales experience, minimum 1-3 years combined experience in lead generation, sales, and email/content marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required if you have clearly demonstrated success in a sales/lead generation role.
  • Proficient in communicating through social channels, experienced with CRM systems, SalesForce preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work both in teams and autonomously.
