Sales Growth Specialist Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at MediTelecare. This dynamic individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand existing customer relationships.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements that impact sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a multi-state sales role with a proven track record of securing large contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience using online healthcare tools.

Estimated Annual Salary: $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience. Travel requirements are estimated at up to 70% of the time, which may involve extended periods away from home.
