Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Ford Business Machines. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. You will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with perspective clients.
    • Engage with current clients to grow relationships and increase sales.
    • Develop account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strategic Account Management:
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, provide updates, and discuss new opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze client activity, satisfaction, and feedback.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
    • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve products and services.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience selling IT services is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
