Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Ford Business Machines. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. You will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with perspective clients.
- Engage with current clients to grow relationships and increase sales.
- Develop account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Strategic Account Management:
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, provide updates, and discuss new opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze client activity, satisfaction, and feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve products and services.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Experience selling IT services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create strategic plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
