Arcadian Infracom is in search of a committed Logistics Operations Manager who will oversee the development and execution of supply chain protocols and methodologies. This role involves cross-departmental collaboration to enhance procurement tactics, anticipate demand, and ensure the timely acquisition of materials, thereby guaranteeing prompt product delivery for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute supply chain initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Lead supply chain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with the Construction and Network teams to facilitate effective planning and project execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and assess supplier performance to maintain timely delivery and uphold quality standards.
  • Streamline transportation routes and shipping methods to boost efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Guide and nurture a team of supply chain professionals, offering mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Examine data and metrics to assess performance and drive improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes and enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry advancements to identify potential areas for enhancement or growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in supply chain roles, preferably with direct reports.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a comparable position within the construction and telecommunications sectors is essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
