Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage government property, ensuring accurate accounting and inventory control.
  • Maintain compliance with inventory control and distribution procedures, including the meticulous tracking of receipts and invoices.
  • Perform clerical and manual tasks related to the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
  • Verify vendor deliveries against purchase orders to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
  • Analyze procurement activities to optimize inbound and outbound resource scheduling, enhancing asset availability and storage efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit government-required reports and represent the program during audits.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely acceptance and shipping of managed equipment and parts.
  • Implement processes for warehousing control to comply with government property regulations.
  • Establish and maintain annual inventory procedures and audit processes to ensure complete property accountability.
  • Oversee all transactions to minimize unauthorized access to sensitive areas.
  • Manage the sanitization and disposal of datacenter equipment.
  • Track and report metrics related to inventory levels and shipments to maintain adequate stock.
  • Utilize various tools and equipment, including forklifts and pallet handlers, to facilitate operations.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse or supply room.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, property administration, and government reporting requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) actions.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong capacity to analyze complex inventory records and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with government logistics practices.
  • Experience with inventory control systems such as Service +, IFS, SC360, and PSAM is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to operate a box truck.
  • Physical capability to lift over 70 lbs and work from heights.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, traffic, or supply chain management is essential.
