Position Overview:

As a Logistics Operations Analyst at Network and Data Solutions Integrators (NDSI), you will play a crucial role in supporting our intelligence clientele. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to vital projects while advancing your career in a rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage government property accounting tasks, ensuring accurate inventory of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Implement inventory control measures and maintain precise records of receipts and invoices to guarantee compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Execute clerical and manual tasks related to the receipt, storage, issuance, and delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Verify vendor deliveries against purchase orders for quality and quantity compliance.
  • Analyze procurement activities to optimize inbound and outbound projections, enhancing asset availability and storage efficiency.
  • Prepare essential government reports and represent the program during compliance audits.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely acceptance and shipping of managed equipment and parts.
  • Maintain rigorous inventory control of government and company materials, adhering to annual auditing procedures.
  • Oversee warehousing operations, ensuring compliance with government property regulations and local requirements.
  • Establish and uphold annual inventory procedures and access controls to ensure complete property accountability.
  • Monitor all transactions to minimize unauthorized access to sensitive areas.
  • Manage the sanitization and disposal of datacenter equipment.
  • Track and report metrics related to inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies to meet operational needs.
  • Utilize small hand tools and operate material handling equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, property administration, and government reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with vendors for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage complex inventory tracking requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with government logistics practices.
  • Experience with inventory control systems such as Service +, IFS, SC360, and PSAM is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and capability to operate a box truck within designated areas.
  • Physical ability to lift over 70 pounds and work from heights as required.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience in logistics or supply chain management is required.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, traffic, or supply chain management is essential.
