Who You Are

  • You possess extensive experience in overseeing hospitality or resort front office operations, along with a successful track record in managing and leading front office teams.
  • Your leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills enable you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Your communication and organizational skills are exemplary, with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
  • You are proficient in computer systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS) or Hotel Operating Systems (HOS).

  • You are a proactive individual capable of working independently, as well as leading in a team-oriented environment.

  • You are flexible with your schedule, able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, Guest Services, and Reservations teams.
  • Ensure effective scheduling and support for all Front Office staff to meet the needs of the resort and its guests.
  • Maintain service standards to ensure consistent excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage departmental budgets, focusing on revenue generation, expense control, and labor management for Guest Services.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and direction to team members, helping them achieve productivity and quality goals.
  • Offer constructive feedback and growth opportunities to team members regularly.
  • Handle guest reviews with professionalism and resolve any hotel-related challenges effectively.
  • Utilize PMS and other departmental systems proficiently, assisting with reservations and ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Manage the development and career progression of team members, including recruitment and retention initiatives.
