What you'll do:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, Guest Services, and Reservations teams.
  • Ensure effective scheduling and support for all Front Office team members to meet the needs of the resort, guests, and members.
  • Maintain service standards to ensure consistent levels of excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage departmental budgets and oversee revenue generation, expense control, and labor management for Guest Services.
  • Provide regular guidance and direction to team members, leading them to meet productivity, quality, and goal expectations.
  • Offer constructive feedback and growth opportunities to team members consistently.
  • Handle guest reviews with professionalism and courtesy, effectively resolving hotel-related challenges.
  • Utilize PMS and other departmental systems proficiently, assisting with reservations input and ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Manage the career development and training of team members while overseeing recruitment and retention efforts.
