Your Responsibilities...

  • Assist in overseeing the outside service and golf shop attendant team.
  • Manage tee times and pace of play, including recording and reconciling the tee sheet.
  • Operate the Pro Shop point of sale system.
  • Promote Tetherow Golf Club programs and events.
  • Support tournament operations, outside services, and coaching responsibilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Professional and First Assistant to advance your professional goals.
  • Engage in rounds of golf with members, their families, and juniors.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisory staff.
  • PGA Apprenticeship or Enrollment is encouraged.
  • Possess a working knowledge of golf operations, computer skills, rules and etiquette, and merchandising techniques.
  • Previous experience in accredited golf operations is preferred.
  • A comprehensive understanding of golf operations, including supervisory and delegation skills.
  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests.
