Your Profile

  • You possess extensive experience in managing hospitality or resort front office operations, with a proven track record in leading front office teams.
  • You demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional service and enhancing the guest experience.
  • You exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
  • You are proficient in computer systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS) or Hotel Operating Systems (HOS).
  • You can perform well under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and effectively address and resolve conflicts.
  • You present a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • You are a proactive self-starter, capable of working independently as well as within a team-oriented environment.
  • You possess strong analytical abilities and sound business judgment.
  • You are energetic, inspiring, and enjoy creating a fun work atmosphere.
  • You are flexible with your schedule, able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, Guest Services, and Reservations teams.
  • You will ensure effective scheduling and support for all Front Office team members to meet the needs of the resort and its guests.
  • You will uphold service standards to ensure consistent excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • You will manage departmental budgets and oversee revenue generation, expenses, and labor management for Guest Services.
  • You will provide ongoing guidance and direction to team members, helping them meet productivity, quality, and goal expectations.
  • You will offer constructive feedback and growth opportunities to team members regularly.
  • You will handle guest reviews with professionalism and address hotel-related challenges effectively.
  • You will be proficient in the PMS and other departmental systems, assisting with reservations and ensuring customer needs are met.
  • You will oversee the career development and training of team members and manage recruitment and retention initiatives.
