Position Overview:
Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resort facilities. Our commitment to excellence and recognition makes us a great place to build a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a pristine environment during their stay. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the resort office, clubhouse, public areas, and model units as instructed, which includes mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
  • Preparing cabins and rental units for incoming guests by performing thorough cleaning tasks.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in common areas and ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Monitoring cleaning supply inventory and requesting replenishments as necessary.
  • Reporting maintenance issues in common areas or rental properties to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Assisting maintenance staff and collaborating with other team members as required.
  • Helping with the cleanup after resort-sponsored guest activities and events.
  • Responding to guest inquiries professionally and courteously, addressing any concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Driving a motorized vehicle for errands or supply pickups as needed.
  • Fostering open communication with management and team members to ensure cohesive operations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and supplies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record and current auto insurance.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • A willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
