Job Summary

The Fitness Front Desk Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for all fitness-related inquiries and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the fitness center and pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and Operations: Assist with scheduling and operational tasks, including managing front desk attendants and ensuring that facilities are maintained to high standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to front desk attendants to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain facilities to high standards.
  • Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the fitness center and pool facilities, including the locker room, fitness studios, and pool area.
  • Point-of-Sale Transactions: Process point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the fitness center and pool facilities.
