Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Central Oil & Supply. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new sales opportunities throughout your territory
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with existing accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Plan and execute account and territory strategies to achieve specific sales objectives
- Work closely with customers to create customized solutions that meet their needs and drive business results
- Train customer staff on preventive maintenance programs and ensure seamless execution
- Proven track record in sales, customer management, and new account success
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience or comparable experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade customers
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Word, and Excel
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment
