Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Central Oil & Supply. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new sales opportunities throughout your territory
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with existing accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Plan and execute account and territory strategies to achieve specific sales objectives
  • Work closely with customers to create customized solutions that meet their needs and drive business results
  • Train customer staff on preventive maintenance programs and ensure seamless execution
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, customer management, and new account success
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience or comparable experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade customers
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment
