Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
As a key member of the Topgolf Entertainment Group team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class guest experiences from the initial inquiry stage to post-event follow-up. This will involve partnering with the Director of Sales to foster a fun and engaging work environment that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

- Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role.
