Brand Marketing Strategist

Carmel Partners, Inc. is in search of a Marketing Manager to enhance our vibrant marketing initiatives. This position is pivotal in managing branding and marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio. The role encompasses support for both new projects and established properties, focusing on digital marketing efforts, corporate branding, and ongoing evaluation of branded interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Update website content, including images and text, within our proprietary content management system.
- Facilitate requests for proposals (RFPs) from various branding firms, including cost analysis and maintaining a comprehensive agency database.
- Coordinate the design and installation of promotional signage and marketing materials.
- Manage property visuals, including renderings, photography, and video content.
- Lead the implementation of virtual and self-guided tours, ensuring technology is effectively utilized.
- Develop and oversee budgets from project inception through to third-party transitions.
- Manage digital assets, including visual content and virtual tours of our properties.
- Conduct competitive audits of property-level marketing across digital platforms.
- Support property marketing deliverables, including visual content, social media strategy, and public relations efforts.
- Oversee third-party agencies to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to refresh existing marketing materials.
- Perform quality assurance checks on marketing collateral and property displays.
- Implement interactive leasing technologies in leasing offices, including staff training.
- Explore innovative technology solutions to enhance marketing touchpoints.
- Prepare for temporary leasing spaces and design onboarding programs for new teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical abilities.
- Creative and self-driven, with a passion for achieving results both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with a focus on building relationships.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience in digital marketing and agency collaboration is highly desirable.
- Background in real estate or hospitality is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience managing budgets and financial planning.
- Strong presentation skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your career and personal growth. The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000, complemented by a bonus incentive. The company reserves the right to adjust compensation based on individual qualifications and experience.
