About the Team:

The Commercial and Content Planning team is dedicated to harmonizing all marketing channels at Rothy's, ensuring a cohesive and strategic customer engagement approach. This team plays a crucial role in delivering the right message to the right audience at the right time.
About the Role:

The Junior Brand Marketing Strategist will collaborate closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager. This position serves as a vital link between the merchandising and brand marketing divisions, engaging with our product offerings on a daily basis. The individual will be tasked with uncovering key marketing narratives to communicate with our customers across various platforms, supporting our expanding retail initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage content planning and briefings for Rothy's owned channels (E-commerce, CRM & Retail).
  • Oversee the briefing process for creative and editorial teams, ensuring that the resulting content aligns with the objectives of the Digital and Retail teams to enhance brand consistency and impact.
  • Collaborate with Product and Merchandising teams to gain insights into seasonal product strategies, timelines, and design inspirations.
  • Engage with channel owners to understand customer interactions with our brand and content, continually analyzing what drives engagement and conversion.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Rothy's historical performance across channels and contribute to future channel strategies and testing plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist the Senior Manager in maintaining the commercial calendar and integrated marketing communication plan to align with product focuses and marketing priorities.
  • Support seasonal planning efforts, including preparing product launch briefs to guide creative and editorial outputs.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments while managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business insight with the capability to analyze weekly channel performance data for future marketing briefs and content strategies.
  • Experience in crafting and presenting comprehensive marketing briefs to a wider marketing audience.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional meetings, preparing agendas and recaps effectively.
  • Experience in presenting campaign outcomes and insights to senior leadership.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, particularly within the retail sector, to inspire innovative thinking for the brand.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or brand strategy within a consumer brand or agency (retail experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Wrike).

Compensation:

$82,000 - $96,000 annually

This compensation reflects one component of the total rewards package designed to recognize and reward employees for their contributions. This role may also qualify for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
