Position Summary
The Lead Marketing Strategist will collaborate with the Southern California Business Unit to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, while also engaging with other Southwest Business Units as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Partner with pursuit teams to create and refine Qualifications Packages, RFP Responses, and Interview Presentations. Ensure that all messaging is cohesive and aligned with project goals.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling sales materials that highlight project pursuits and showcase DPR's expertise.
  • Brand Management: Uphold the integrity of the DPR brand by ensuring all marketing collateral adheres to corporate identity standards.
  • CRM Maintenance: Regularly update project information in the CRM system to maintain consistency across all materials.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing internal and external events, including conferences, recruiting efforts, and promotional activities.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), as well as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
