SoFi is looking for a talented Influencer Marketing Strategist to enhance our influencer marketing strategy across various brand and product initiatives. This role presents a unique opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive influencer strategy, leading campaigns from inception to execution, including sourcing, contracting, and performance measurement. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams, including creative, product marketing, data science, legal, compliance, and media, to drive brand awareness, consideration, and member growth across SoFi's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and expand the influencer affiliate strategy, fostering growth with existing partners and broadening the program across various partners and products.
  • Develop influencer campaign strategies and tactical plans in collaboration with brand and product teams.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage influencer talent that aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Create comprehensive influencer briefing documents that inspire compelling and unique creative.
  • Oversee the contracting process and approval of influencers and their content.
  • Lead measurement initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and report on campaign success.
  • Collaborate with media and performance teams to maximize the impact of paid influencer content.
  • Work closely with SoFi's legal and compliance teams to ensure all content meets regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on social media and influencer marketing.
  • Extensive experience in affiliate marketing and familiarity with platforms like Impact Radius or similar.
  • Deep understanding of social media channels (both established and emerging) and the influencer/creator marketplace.
  • Experience in managing and contracting talent.
  • A strategic thinker who excels in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate nuanced conversations effectively.
