Our Crusoe Cloud platform offers managed cloud services powered by stranded energy, facilitating climate-friendly advancements in computationally intensive sectors, including artificial intelligence, graphics rendering, and computational biology.
Role Summary:
As a Visual Brand Strategist, you will play a pivotal role within our design, product, and marketing teams, significantly influencing our corporate and product branding. Your responsibilities will include crafting engaging visual narratives that resonate with our mission and values, targeting a diverse audience of machine learning engineers, energy producers, and investors. You will support our marketing and events teams by developing promotional materials, marketing content, event displays, and more.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Create captivating visuals and graphics, including digital assets like product icons and loading animations, print materials, event branding, and corporate merchandise.
- Formulate and implement innovative brand design strategies that enhance Crusoe's visual identity and market presence.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across all products and corporate communications.
- Oversee and refine our brand guidelines and assets, ensuring adherence to these standards in all internal and external communications.
- Engage in various projects, from website design to corporate presentations, upholding high standards of creativity and professionalism.
- Stay informed about current design trends and technologies, consistently contributing fresh ideas.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in brand design, ideally within a technology or environmentally-focused organization.
- A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, brand development, and creative storytelling.
- Proficiency in design software, particularly Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts through engaging visuals.
- A strategic mindset, capable of translating marketing goals into clear creative strategies.
- Experience managing branding projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- A passion for sustainability and a keen interest in the intersection of technology and the environment.
- An exceptional eye for visual design, current trends, and best practices.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- High attention to detail is essential.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving fact-sets.
- Works independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation:
Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000, inclusive of Restricted Stock Units. The final compensation will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
