Position Overview: Aspirus Health is seeking a SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER to enhance our leadership team.
  • Foster connections among staff and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Aspirus's mission, vision, and values.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the organization by spearheading initiatives aimed at revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Promote a workplace culture that encourages engagement and satisfaction among employees.
  • Actively engage in initiatives that enhance the patient experience across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with employment standards, online training, and organizational policies among staff.
  • Lead the implementation of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) strategies throughout the organization.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports, defining roles and responsibilities while fostering continuous education and performance assessment.
  • Support initiatives related to Employee Health, Organizational Learning, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Represent Aspirus Health positively at community and professional events.
  • Oversee budget development and management within the operational unit, aligning with regional and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the Regional Executive team, sharing accountability for the success of non-nursing clinical departments.
  • Participate in evaluating proposed programs to ensure effective hospital management within established policies.
  • Provide executive leadership in the absence of the Division President.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations, financial management, and delivery systems.
  • 7-10 years of leadership experience in healthcare, particularly in clinical management and quality improvement.
