Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 to 20 years of extensive executive and operational leadership experience, with a strong background in Human Resources and Information Technology, as well as exposure to Finance/Accounting and Brand/Communications.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, ideally within the professional services sector.
  • Proven experience in scaling businesses with revenues ranging from $50M to $500M.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic financial insight, and analytical capabilities; adept at developing comprehensive strategic operating and business plans from broad objectives.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in leading successful change management initiatives and driving continuous improvement and innovation in business operations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices, with a proven track record of implementing initiatives effectively.
  • Proven success in recruiting, mentoring, managing, and developing talent.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required; an MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.
