Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the executive leadership team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's vision for revenue and profitability enhancement, identifying both short-term and long-term operational goals to support that vision, and effectively directing the scaling of administrative resources to exceed those goals.
- Attracting and nurturing skilled administrative personnel who consistently deliver on the organization's core initiatives and contribute significantly to its overarching objectives.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 to 20 years of extensive executive and operational leadership experience, with a strong background in Human Resources and Information Technology, as well as exposure to Finance/Accounting and Brand/Communications.
- A growth-oriented mindset, ideally within the professional services sector.
- Proven experience in scaling businesses with revenues ranging from $50M to $500M.
- Strong business acumen, strategic financial insight, and analytical capabilities; adept at developing comprehensive strategic operating and business plans from broad objectives.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in leading successful change management initiatives and driving continuous improvement and innovation in business operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices, with a proven track record of implementing initiatives effectively.
- Proven success in recruiting, mentoring, managing, and developing talent.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required; an MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.
